2. Services Offered
Core Custom Builds specializes in custom-built and pre-designed structures, including cabins, homes, tiny homes, and accessory dwelling units (ADUs). All services are subject to availability and may change without prior notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service at our discretion.
3. Orders and Pricing
• Pricing: All prices listed are in USD unless stated otherwise. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
• Order Confirmation: Orders are confirmed upon receipt of a signed contract and deposit payment. Orders may be subject to availability and applicable taxes, fees, and surcharges.
• Deposit and Payments: A deposit is required to confirm your order. Full payment terms are outlined in the contract provided at the time of order. Non-refundable deposits are standard on all custom builds.
• Cancellation Policy: Order cancellations are subject to fees and the terms outlined in the signed contract. Deposits are non-refundable after a certain period post-order confirmation, as specified in your contract.
4. Shipping and Delivery
• Shipping: Core Custom Builds pre-constructs structures in Canada and ships them to locations across the United States. All shipments comply with local regulations, and international shipping may incur additional fees.
• Delivery Timeline: Delivery times are estimated based on project scope and location. We strive to meet the agreed-upon timeline, but factors outside our control may affect the final delivery date.
• Ownership Transfer: Ownership of the product transfers to the buyer upon full payment and shipment. Core Custom Builds assumes no responsibility for delays caused by customs or local regulations.
5. Warranty and Quality Assurance
• Quality Standards: Core Custom Builds uses high-quality materials sourced from Canada and ensures products meet established industry standards.
• Limited Warranty: Our structures come with a limited warranty covering material and craftsmanship defects, as specified in your contract. The warranty does not cover damages caused by misuse, improper installation, natural disasters, or modifications made by the buyer or a third party.
6. Permits and Compliance
• Permits: It is the responsibility of the buyer to secure all necessary permits, inspections, and approvals for installation and use within their jurisdiction. Core Custom Builds does not assume responsibility for obtaining or ensuring compliance with local building codes or zoning regulations.
• Code Compliance: Our structures are built to meet Canadian building standards. Buyers are responsible for verifying that products comply with applicable local codes and regulations in their area.
7. Intellectual Property
• Ownership: All materials, designs, and content provided by Core Custom Builds, including website content, images, logos, and structure designs, are the exclusive property of Core Custom Builds. Unauthorized use of these materials is strictly prohibited.
• License: Buyers are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Core Custom Builds products for their intended purpose. Any replication, resale, or reproduction of our designs without permission is prohibited.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Core Custom Builds shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services or products, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our liability for any direct damages shall be limited to the amount paid by the buyer.
9. Force Majeure
Core Custom Builds is not liable for any delays or failures in performance resulting from acts beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, transportation issues, or governmental regulations.
10. Privacy Policy
Your privacy is important to us. Core Custom Builds collects and uses personal information only for order processing, shipping, and customer service. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more details on how we handle your data.
11. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms will be settled in a court of competent jurisdiction in Canada.
